The Energised Life Blueprint Video Series

A First Steps NZ Resource by Our Collective

Part 1. Build a Thriving Foundation for Your Well-being

Welcome to our four-part well-being series! Feeling overwhelmed, stuck and unsure where to start? Join us to assess and create a personalised action plan for your physical health (eating, sleeping, physical activity and recovery) using transformative techniques.

To get all the goodness and benefits, this series builds on the next, download the worksheet, start here and move through in sequence.

Part 2. Zone Your Focus: Identifying Your Starting Point to Feel Energised Now

In this video we’ll help you zone in on where you need to create action and insight to why you may be feeling stressed, overwhelmed or stuck. We’ll look at your eating, sleeping, physical activity and recovery as four glasses, score each area, and circle your focus area. Once completed, we will explore Havening Techniques to further enhance and create an action plan tailored for you in the next video.

Part 3. Supercharge Your Daily Practices: Havening Techniques for Inner Calm and Confidence

We will introduce you to Havening Techniques, a transformative method to shift from stress to inner calm, developed by Dr. Ronald Ruden. We’ll explore the science behind it and how to put it into practice with a guided meditation to feel calm now. In the last video we’ll put it all together, using Havening to shift your focus and redirect it into an action plan that maximises your highest potential.

Part 4. Your Path to Vitality – The Final Step in Creating Lasting Wellbeing

In this last video, let’s personalise your physical wellbeing journey. Using Havening Techniques, you’ll visualise two paths – one where everything stays the same, the other investing more energy in your focus area. You’ll experience what it means to create a plan from a glass overflowing with energy. Then we put it into action, specifying what, when, how long and tips to keep accountable to make this month the best yet!
